 I'm Sandra Kelly, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor serving adolescents and adults throughout Texas. I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, stress, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
